GELLI PARK BOWLS CLUB

PLAYERS CODE OF CONDUCT

The club is dedicated to providing high-quality Lawn Bowls in a safe and welcoming environment.

This Code of Conduct outlines the standards and expectations for all players and members of the club.

It has been created to promote best practices and safeguard the welfare and wellbeing of everyone involved in the game.

The club firmly believes that members, coaches, selectors, and administrators should consistently demonstrate respect and consideration for the safety and wellbeing of others.

We encourage members to maintain open communication and share any concerns or feedback about the club with the Committee at any time.

  • Contribute your time and effort towards helping the club, as it is run entirely by its members.
  • Be a positive role model, treating all players and officials with the respect and courtesy you expect in return.
  • Always use appropriate and respectful language.
  • The use or possession of illegal drugs on club premises or while representing the club is strictly prohibited.
  • Players under the influence of drugs or alcohol—whether legal or illegal—will not be permitted to play. Disciplinary action may follow.
